These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Refina Shopify app. By installing or using Refina, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the service
- You may use Refina only in connection with a Shopify store you control or operate.
- You agree not to misuse or interfere with the service.
2. Billing and plans
- Pricing is displayed on our site and/or in the Shopify App Store listing.
- Billing is handled through Shopify where applicable.
- You can cancel according to Shopify’s standard app subscription process.
3. Recommendations and outputs
Refina provides automated recommendations to assist shoppers. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring suitability for your products, catalog, and customers.
4. Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be updated or modified over time.
5. Intellectual property
Refina and its associated branding, design, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refina is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
